What a direct booking website does
It is a site of your own, on your own domain, where guests look at your house, pick dates and send a request. The request reaches you directly and you confirm. If you like, the guest then pays online straight away.
Your availability comes from Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo or your booking system, so the calendar on your site is kept up to date for you.
Your site speaks your guests' languages: Dutch, German, English, French, Spanish or Italian.
What commission costs you now
Rental organisations such as Belvilla, Novasol, Interhome and Villa for You take commission on every booking, up to 40% of the rent at the large ones. Airbnb keeps 15.5%. On average, platforms and rental organisations take 35%, so you keep about 65% of a booking.
Platforms are good for being found. But if that is all you have, you pay commission and play by their rules.

How guests pay
If you want online payment, guests pay by iDEAL, Bancontact or card, through your own Mollie account. The money comes straight to you, not through a platform that pays out later. Online payment is an option we agree separately, in advance.

Light pages load fast anywhere in the world, with no heavy plugins slowing your site down. We measure your visitors and requests, properly and with consent, so you see which weeks are asked for and where your guests come from.
From first message to launch
Tell us about your house and send your site or listing, if you have one. You get a no-obligation proposal with one fixed price. Once you agree, you pay a 30% deposit and we start. The remaining amount is due when your site goes live on your own domain.
While we build, you follow along, and we refine it together until you are completely satisfied, on your phone and on your laptop.
Do I have to leave Airbnb or Booking.com?
No. You keep your platforms, and your own site works beside them. If you let through a rental organisation, do check what your contract says about letting directly.

Do I need technical knowledge?
No. We arrange everything, your domain included. With your own admin panel you can change prices and texts yourself later, if you want one.
