Privacy policy

CasaFlow is careful with your details, and we can keep this short: this website uses no cookies, no analytics and no trackers. Nothing about your visit is recorded.

If you email us, we keep your name, your email address and whatever you send us (photos of your home, for example), purely to answer your question and, if you want one, to build your trial version and your website.

We also contact holiday-home owners ourselves by email, with a message about the rental of their home. If you would rather not hear from us, nothing complicated is needed: one reply is enough and you will never hear from us again.

Would you like to know what we hold, or would you rather be left alone? One email to sanne@casaflow.homes is enough. We then put your address on our block list: from that moment you receive nothing from us at all, and the block stays in place permanently. That is precisely why we have to keep your address — without it we cannot guarantee that you are never written to again. We use it for nothing else. You will get a confirmation from us.

To store these details and to send our email we work, like any small business, with a handful of ordinary service providers. They process the data only on our instructions. We do not sell your details and we do not use them for any other purpose.

Our site is hosted with Cloudflare (EU data centres on their global network); the hosting provider's usual technical server logs apply. CasaFlow itself does not read or keep those.

CasaFlow is a trading name of A. Agrawal, who is the data controller for everything described above. Questions, objections or complaints about privacy go to sanne@casaflow.homes; a person reads them and you always get a reply.
