You get one fixed amount for your house, by email, once we have looked at your photos and your current page. Personal, because "a chalet in the Alps needs something different from three homes on one plot, each with its own calendar", and we only know which once we have seen it. Keenly priced, because we are small: no office, no account managers, nobody sitting between us and you, and you see that in the price. Top quality, "because you see it up and running before you pay": a site that looks beautiful and that Google and ChatGPT can read, with your photos and your house as the heading, and only when you are happy and you are happy does the invoice follow. After that you pay a small amount each year for hosting, your domain and the care around it. We never charge commission, on any booking.
What a platform takes
A platform keeps part of every booking, and often charges the guest a fee on top. That never stops: every season again, every guest again, including the guest who has stayed with you three times and would happily have emailed you directly. "You pay for your own site once." After that, every direct booking is entirely yours. How that compares with one fixed amount, you know better than we do: you know last year's bookings.
The trial version is free and commits you to nothing. If it is not for you, it costs you nothing and we take it all down again. If you do go ahead, your domain name is and stays yours. If you stop the hosting later, you get your site and your data handed over neatly. That is how it should be, and it is written that way in the email with your price.
