Your Airbnb calendar on your own site
Your availability comes from Airbnb, and from Booking.com or Vrbo if you use them, through the calendar links of your platforms. We explain where to find them. A guest picks free dates and sends a request, and you confirm. Your site never books by itself: a guest requests, and you decide. Prices, texts and photos you can change yourself in an admin panel of your own, if you want one.
What Airbnb keeps, and what you keep
Airbnb keeps 15.5%, so of every Airbnb booking you keep about 85%. On your own site the commission is 0%, and the guest data is 100% yours: whoever books directly reaches you. Rental organisations such as Belvilla, Novasol and Interhome take commission too, up to 40% of the rent at the large ones. You keep your listing for being found.

What we need from you
You get a no-obligation proposal with one fixed price. We arrange everything, your domain included. From you we only need this:

- A domain name in your name; if you do not have one yet, we help you choose

How does payment for the site work?
You get one fixed price. Once you agree, you pay a 30% deposit and we start. The remaining amount is due when your site goes live.
