You send a few photos, or just the link to your listing. Nothing more. We build the front page of your house the way you saw it above, but for real: your photos, your name as the heading, one calendar, a button that leads to you. You get a preview address by email, invisible to Google, for your eyes only. Usually within a week.
You look and tell us what should change. Colours, wording, order, which photo leads. We refine until it is right, as often as it takes, with no meter running. Meanwhile we connect the calendars of the platforms you are on now, so that one availability tells the same story everywhere.
You say it is right, and only then, once you are happy, do we send the invoice. Then the site goes live on your own domain. If the trial is not for you, it costs you nothing and we take it all down again. Your domain is and stays yours, and there are no strings.

Every house below is, or was, a trial at its own address. We give no name, no town and no link; anyone who has us build their site buys that peace of mind too. Click a house and it loads into the front page above, handle included, so you can see what Google reads from a site that was actually built.

The price, in one paragraph
You receive one fixed amount, tailored to your house, by email and in advance, after we have looked at it. Everything is in it: design, wording in more than one language, calendars, guest guide, your domain. Alongside that, a small fixed yearly amount for hosting and care. The price is keen because we are small: no office, no account managers, nothing between you and the people who build, and you see that in the price. It is top quality because you see the finished site before you pay. And it is never commission: every booking that comes through your own site is entirely yours.
