You tell us about your house and send your site or listing, if you have one. Together we look at what really makes sense: no needless extras, only what your house needs.
Clear scope, fixed price
You get a clear proposal with one fixed price, the best we can make. No surprises afterwards.
30% deposit, then we build
We start after a 30% deposit. You look along, and we refine until you are completely satisfied.
Final payment at launch
The remaining amount is due when your site goes live on your own domain.
What we need from you
- Your photos, as large as you have them.
- Your own words about the house, or the link to your current page.
- The calendar links of your platforms, if you have them. We explain where to find them.
- A domain name in your name. If you do not have one yet, we help you choose.
After going live
Your site stays yours. For hosting and maintenance you pay a small fixed amount a year. If you want more help with being found, such as your Google Business Profile, we agree that separately.

Already have a site or a listing? Send the link along. If not, we ask you about your house by email. You receive a proposal with one fixed price.
