What owners ask us.
Do I have to stop using Airbnb, Booking.com or a rental organisation such as Belvilla, Novasol or Interhome?
No. Whether you let through Belvilla, Novasol, Interhome, Villa for You, DanCenter, Sol og Strand or e-domizil, your own site works beside it. Do check what your contract says about letting directly. Every guest who books directly books without commission.
I do not have a website yet. Can you make one?
Yes. We design your site from the start, around your house, your photos and your story. A listing on a platform is enough to begin with.
How does payment work?
Once you agree, you pay a 30% deposit and we start. The remaining amount is due when your site goes live.
What does it cost?
One fixed price for the build, tailored to what you need, then a small fixed amount a year for hosting and maintenance. Never commission. And with a price guarantee: if you have a lower quote for comparable work, we go below it or do more for the same price.
How does a booking come in?
A guest picks dates and sends a request. It reaches you directly and you confirm. If you like, the guest then pays online straight away.
What if I ever want to stop?
Your domain, your pages and your texts stay yours.
