Commissioning a website often feels like a gamble: you pay upfront and hope it turns out well. We run it the other way round. Below are five screens from one real project, from the first email to the day the site went live. Names have been left out, for discretion's sake.
We build first
You send us a few photos or the link to your current listing. We need nothing more. Within days a free trial version of your own site is standing on a temporary address, in several languages, with your house in the lead role. Google does not see that trial; only you do, and whoever you send the link to.
You pay nothing for this and there are no strings. If it is not for you, we delete everything and that is the end of it.
We refine together
You say what should change: colours, texts, photos, order. We adjust until it is right, as often as needed, at no extra cost. Meanwhile we connect your calendars: availability from Airbnb, Booking, Vrbo or your agency arrives on your own site, one calendar for everything.
All of this happens by email, at your pace. Sanne reads along and usually answers within a day.
Happy, and only then the invoice
The site goes live on your own domain name. If you already have one we use it; if not, we register one in your name. What stands there is a site that looks beautiful and that Google and ChatGPT can read: plain, well-made pages that a search engine reads exactly as a guest does.
Only once you are happy does the invoice follow: one fixed amount for your house, which you already knew from our email beforehand. Never commission.
What is always included
No packages, no boxes to tick. This is in every site we build.
- Registered in your name, or your existing domain moved over neatly.
- A secure connection, always, without you having to do a thing.
- iCal with Airbnb, Booking, Vrbo or your agency. One availability, the same everywhere.
- Dutch, English and, where needed, German or another language your guests speak.
- Also as a PDF, to send ahead of arrival.
- For the reviews you already have and the ones still to come.
- Speed, titles, structure and structured data, so Google and ChatGPT recognise your house.
- Created or brought up to date, so your house is on the map as well.
- Simple, for prices and calendars. Change things yourself, without us.
- By email, usually within a day. No ticket system, no queue.
Frequently asked questions
Is the trial really free?
Yes. We first build a complete trial with your photos. If you do not like it, it costs you nothing and we delete everything.
How long does it take?
The first trial is usually online within a week. After that it depends on how quickly we refine together; most sites go live within two to four weeks.
Can the site be on my own domain name?
Yes, that is exactly the idea. If you already own a domain we use it. No domain yet? Then we arrange one, in your name.
What does it cost?
You receive one fixed amount by email beforehand, tailored to your house and wishes, plus a small yearly amount for hosting and care. We have no office and no account managers, and you see that in the price. We never charge commission. You pay only once you are happy; then the site goes live.
How many houses can one site hold?
As many as you have. For a yard with three cottages we build one site with a calendar per house, and one shared availability wherever the same house sits on several platforms.
Can I change things myself?
Yes. You get a simple owner panel for prices and calendars. For bigger changes you email us; small tweaks are done quickly and without fuss.
What if I want to stop later?
Your domain name is and stays yours. If you stop the hosting, you receive your site and data neatly packaged.
