CasaFlow is a small web studio that works remotely. We build websites for owners of holiday homes, and nothing else. Below, we put ourselves through the same reading test as every house we build.
Who we are
We are a small team of young developers working remotely, for owners in the Netherlands and for Dutch owners with a house on the Spanish coast, in the Alps, in rural France or on the Croatian coast. We do one thing: a site that looks beautiful and that Google and ChatGPT can read, for a holiday home the owner lets themselves. No bakeries, no law firms. Doing only this is how we know the details that make the difference: how linked calendars keep showing one availability, what a guest wants to see before booking, and how an owner becomes less dependent on the platforms.
You will find no photographs of us here and no names, apart from Sanne's. That is not secrecy. We are not the point; your house is. What you do see of us is the work, twelve times over, without a name, and the way we answer.
What we refuse
A small team can afford to say no, and there are a few things we always say no to. They are listed here so you can hold us to them.
- Commission Never. You pay one fixed amount, priced for your house and agreed by email beforehand, then a small yearly amount for hosting and care. What a guest pays is yours. No office, no account managers, and you see that in the price.
- Faces No portraits of us, no client names, no photographs of their houses with a name or a town on them. Your guests do not need to know us, and your neighbours do not need to know who built your site.
- Invented reviews You will not read a quote from a happy owner here. A quote on a studio's own site proves nothing, because nobody can check who wrote it. Look at the work instead.
- Invented numbers No scores, no speeds, no percentages we did not measure ourselves, this week. Where a figure is missing, there is a word you can check.
How we answer
When you email, Sanne answers. She reads every enquiry herself, looks at your current listing or your photos, and writes back what we would do with them. Usually within a day, occasionally a little longer when something is being built. There is no phone number and no office, and that is a choice: everything we agree is in writing in your inbox, at your own pace, with nobody in between.
The quickest way to start is not to finish reading this page, but to type the name of your house into the spread on the home page. Then Sanne already knows what she is looking at when she first replies.
